Monro Auto Service and Tire Centers

Bought a set of 4 tires and had them installed. Spoke with ryan over the phone and at the store and he was phenomenal. Service was fantastic as well. I was running late for work and ryan managed to get all 4 installed with zero issues faster than i ever expected. Top marks all around. If you ever need great service at a price thats affordable, this is where to go for sure. Thanks to everyone at hudson monro tires!

Had to find something quickly to get my car looked at as it felt very wobbly, and they had very open availability! What I assume to be the manager: Ken, took care of me and and my car in about an hour! He's very reasonable and kind. His team was awesome. I'm glad i didn't wait and came here. Would most definitely come back and recommend to others!

This place is alright but for an oil change $102 ? That’s with a discount is over priced. They tried to be smart and said that I paid the same last time and I did but I thought that was for the tire rotation service and supposedly it’s free? The place down the street dos it does it for $70 new oil filter and all and my uncle does too for that price. He also fills up the windshield wiper fluid and checked, tires , brakes , battery but I had no option because I was very low and they book out at both places. Won’t be coming here again

Went to have tires installed and an inspection, and Ken, the manager, took very good care of a customer. Ordered a set of tires from a vendor, Tire Agent, and one of the tires was received damaged. Went through the process of completing a claim and everything else we could to get the single defective tire replaced. The vendor did not replace the tire. Ken assisted with ordering a single tire and installed it. He did not charge any extra fees, and he wanted to ensure I was a satisfied customer. He will let you know if he has the resources at his location to assist you with whatever you may need. Highly recommend working with Ken, if you can. I will be a repeat customer of his.

Brought in my car for state inspection, was expecting to fail due to 9 year old, severely dry rotted tires (2 are so bad they leak slowly) with little, to no tread remaining. No problem for these guys apparently, slapped a sticker on it and sent me on my way. Brought it to 2 different shops for a second opinion, both stated they would not have passed the vehicle in that condition. Seems like they're more interested in doing things quickly than correctly. Pretty sketchy.
