Lovely people. Especially the guy working the desk on march first today. They ran a Diagnostic, let me know what was wrong (in non mechanic terms) assured me it’ll be safe to get to Harrisburg and did not try and pressure any repairs or further services. This is the best mechanic shop I’ve been to on my own. Thank you guys for also being affordable/quick, I’ll be coming back in the future if anything else needs done!

Being my job routine changes daily, I had been putting off a much needed oil change. Fortunately, a day presented itself due to weather conditions. I started calling around to see where I could go for great service and reasonable pricing. Within 10 minutes I found myself on my way to their garage. The shop was busy but they got my car in and oil change done within 1/2 an hour! I will not hesitate to use their service in the future. If you are looking for a professional shop with experience, they should be your go to.

This experience was awesome! Stopped in there on a whim. The counter attendant was really friendly. The store was extremely busy. I brought the vehicle back the next day. Was greeted and quickly taken care of. When it was done they called. I forgot to go pick it up before closing. I thought I’d check to see if anyone was there. The manager was closing out but still took care of me.

I got my car inspected here by Ryan, he was amazing. He really helped me out. He gave me good pricing and he really looked at my vehicle and made sure that I was good to be on the road. I really appreciate him. Ryan is a great employee and I will come back to this place every time because of him I’ll give them five stars.

Monroe took care of my car on late hours I could make. Their technician Ryan made sure to stay until close and help get my tires switched (mounted and balanced) before close and saved me alot of time from coming back the next day. They also matched price I found elsewhere on tires I needed and saved me some money as well! Would definitely recommend
