500 miles from home, I had unexpected trouble prompting me to an auto shop. I believe his name is Bryan, got me a quick diagnosis and had me back on the road in less than 30 minutes. He was honest and said I would be safe to get home (parking brake shoe fell off) and to just have them replaced once I got home. I also appreciated the love and cuddles all the guys at the shop offered my puppy Pelusita, she was thrilled to say the least. But that was just the cherry on top of great service and great guys! (I’m sorry I forgot your name if it isn’t Bryan, even after I asked you…) again thanks so much for everything! Any and all, local or passer throughs, for car maintenance or troubles, Monro is the way to go!

Great experience! They got us right in and evaluated our situation. Made some phone calls trying to order parts. Couldn’t get them (not their fault) but they put our muffler system back together the best they could and charged us a very reasonable price. They were friendly and the waiting room was comfortable. They also treated other customers well. I highly recommend them.

Three hours from home, had my car towed in late Sunday. They were able to diagnose, get a part (apparently an odd one) and fix the problem before 9:00am on Monday. Jay was the mechanic and Brian was in the front office. They were both so kind and patient! Unfortunately, the gentleman on Sunday evening had to deal with my exasperation, but he was also professional and understanding. And the price didn't break me. Thank you, Monro!

Was referred here by my extended service contract. Went in after work on a Friday made appointment for Monday needed a Thermo Control Valve. Did not have heat for a week in the car it’s a cold winter! Came in Monday morning to drop my car off and a worker Brian came out and seems annoyed I was there. I explained my reason for being there and he said okay I’ll call you. I asked if he had the warranty I fi he got very annoyed and said someone didn’t do their job and put it in. I said would you like me to give it to you and he rudely said well that’s the only way I’m going to have it. I hate rude people especially on a Monday morning and when I’m freezing after my 45 minute freezing ride into town. Turns out I had to bring it to Subaru and had to pay Monroe $93.00 to diagnose it for 1/2 hour

I went in for an inspection (albeit last-minute) and they quickly fixed what wass need to pass inspection. The guy upfront was professional and understanding. He also looked to see if there were any specials to bring the first rice down. People canncinplain about the costs, but unless you know someone who can fix for less, the costs are fairly standard.
