The crew was very nice and understood my needs. Quick service and done correctly. Call center did not relay my appointment, but the shop 130 was able to get me in quickly anyways. I will call driect next time call center needs some work as the shop did not have tires I was quoted. It all worked out as the shop was able to get me an alternative tire that work for my needs. The entire crew needs an at a boy for their attention to my needs. Very happy with their service and will use them again and recommend them to others. Thank you.

My son took his VW in for an inspection and left it to be inspected the next day. We received a phone call that work was done and all that was needed was new wiper blades to pass inspection. He ok'd that and went to pick up the VW a couple hours later. Upon arriving, he was told that the vehicle had failed inspection after all as there were error codes indicating that it needed some work but they could not do it and did not know where to get it done. They suggested a place that might be able to do it but gave no contact information, only a name. He had asked for an oil change and to have a tire checked which they did. Topping off fluids has always been a courtesy during an oil change but there was a chage on the bill. They rotated the tires which was good but did not balance them. Inste

All the staff are very good at their job and very informative and try to give you the best deal. Frank especially represents this, he was very kind on a busy day when it was only him and one other person learning the ropes. I often go to them first when I have a problem.

These guys are awesome. Always very prompt and professional. The fees are very reasonable and the staff is great to deal with. They are my first stop for anything car related.

Max was professional, knowledgeable and accommodating. I had an appointment for a vehicle inspection, my husband did not, but Max was kind about making sure both our cars were inspected. Gave us an approximate on wait time, he was exactly right and both cars were finished on time.
