I was able to book an appointment the same day. The mechanic was very helpful, took my car in early and even added an oil change to my appt which was for a state inspection. I was in and out in less than an hour. Great service!

Everytime I come to get my car looked at, the staff is so nice and willing to take a look even if they are busy. They are hardworking and really do great job with the service. Getting your car inspected is a easy as 1,2,3!

I Have a bad habit of leaving things till last minute or a few days after the expiration dates so this review is for three weeks ago. Brought my car to Monro in Plattsburgh for an oil change and inspection. I knew my front brakes were getting shoddy so they told me it wouldn't pass inspection like that so I said go ahead of course since it needed to be done and with recently enough having the rear done I would be set for winter. The guys at Monro were awesome. Knowledgeable, quick, expedient and what I think matters just as much, genuinely friendly. Makes the time and service (not to mention price) so much easier and definitely makes for repeat business. I've had a couple things done there. Excellent service. We are moving to New York from Vermont and I was looking for place to work on my vehicles. I have a big car collection. And the guy's there very good in knowledgeable in friendly and do a good job. So I will be using them.

My son is away in college he needed his snow tires put on an oil change and a front passenger side wheel speed sensor he dropped the car off picked it up when they told him it was ready got home realized they replaced his tire pressure sensors instead of the one speed sensor tried to start his car and it wont start also noticed they broke his hood latch and never changed the sticker for the oil change or reset it on the dash so did they even do the oil change they charged him over $500 he had the car towed back the following day and they said they would take care of it he said they had 2 new techs work on it but no they are now trying to charge him another $600 for there mistakes and trying to say its the starter but its definitely not the starter the light is on the dash for battery save
