It was Sunday; the snow had buried my car for Days and I had an issue with my tire.. These guys are great!! Although most of my issues were cold weather related .. I had some small issues they fixed. Nice area to wait! Couldn’t be happier

Had oil changed at Monro. Then a leak started a few days later. Went to my local mechanic to get it checked. Turns out the filter was loose. They added a quart and also charged me for cleaning the engine. I thought it was power steering leak, never imagined that an oil change could go wrong.

My experience was absolutely great. I was greeted in the parking lot by an employee taking a break who stopped immediately to take me in and get me signed up. The mechanic could not have been better, the girl behind the counter could not have been more accommodating and I would rate my overall experience has fantastic!

If you want to pay for something that isn't wrong with your vehicle or have money to give away, then come here. They can't tell the difference between a leak and a undercoating.

Now that the monro #373 has made some changes on all Allegany river bldg. I am happy to report that service was much better. Jen was a great help. 👍🏽
