I had my transmission serviced by John and he did a great job. Not only did he get the right GM parts I needed but he took the time to explain everything to me. John made sure my car was running like new before he returned it and he even changed the old spark plugs for me @ no charge and get this, on top of all that he charged me $200 LESS, (I SAID LESS!) then he quoted me. WHO DOES THAT NOWADAYS! I would definitely recommend Transmissions By Lucille to anyone looking for good & honest car service.

This was by far the best experience I’ve ever had at any business related to cars. It turned something horrible (my engine blowing up!) into something downright pleasant! John and the team at Lucille’s were lovely, helpful, and prompt. Not only were they kind, but they took the time to explain everyone they were working on with my car. They even made sure I had my car back in time for my big thanksgiving trip. I was given a great price and warrantee on my transmission. They even took the time to fix a problem with my wheel! I know I will definitely be recommending them to everyone I know.
