If I could give zero stars I would. My kid took her Volkswagen there to diagnose a shaking she was feeling. This was 10am Monday. She was told she would need a wheel bearing and a new tire. She was given a quote of $520. She was told it would be about an hour. She told them she had to go back to Columbus to school that evening to get to a 7am class. Apparently when they replaced the wheel bearing, they stripped the bolts. At 2pm I picked her up because she was writing an essay and her battery had died. I paid the bill at that time as the car was already on the lift and Justine in the office told us it would be completed before close of business. Horrible. I booked online, the price estimate was around $90 for the tire and instal. (For a 2009 Ford Focus, so ya’ll can guess how common this tire is.) Says there are 6 in stock at the location, great! I get there and suddenly there’s only 1, and the new estimate? $190. $60 in uber fees to get there and back to the van I live in, nothing to show for it but that these people are scammers. As if this winter wasn’t hard enough.

So the man behind the desk was amazing the guy who took the tire not very smart. I plugged my tire but before that while backing the car up my driveway busted the beed because I didn’t catch that it was flat going down my driveway. So I went there to have them set the tire using a tire machine with high pressure air, the guy was very LAZY and claimed I needed a new tire. I worked for almost a decade changing tires at Auto Repair Shop in Niles that was owned by family, SO I DIDN’T need a new tire. All he had to do was put on the tire machine, break down the tire without taking the tire off the wheel and reset the beed but he was lazy and tried to just put air in the tire, SMH!!

They were great. Polite people and very professional I personally will be back with another car. They did great with the alignment of my wife’s car. And I plan to have them do mine seeing how I have had it done twice elsewhere and still isn’t right

I really hate leaving bad reviews, but feel the need to warn others - if you take your vehicle here, who knows how long they'll have it or if they'll even perform the services requested. No communication. We've been customers for years & are disappointed to have to find another garage. I had an appt for 4pm on Thurs for an oil change & have brake pads I provided put on. Nothing crazy. I also asked for clarification on the free inspection, as I knew I likely needed another appointment for rattling in the front end, which they said they'd inspect. 6:15pm on Thurs, I call & find out that there was a "roadside emergency" & my car wouldn't get looked at until morning.
