I was recommended there from an employee from AutoZone after purchasing a hologan light for my car. I watched a video and how to change it . I thought I could do it without the tools and actually had my hand inside but could not get it to twist very well because of my big hands. I was thinking of asking someone inside AutoZone to help but one of the employees had came out to the parking lot helping a different customer. He saw me struggling with it and told me to go to Monro Auto and ask for Zach tell him Chris from AutoZone sent you. I go there and there is gentleman and a lady standing in the lobby patiently waiting for someone. I looked over and the receptionist desk was empty so I sat down. When having been quoted one price for my wife’s 2025 Kia Sorento oil change only to be told that the price was fifty dollars more than what I was quoted. I gave the year, model, and engine of the vehicle to the rep. They quoted me $70 and then I get to the shop only to get told $120. The manager did discount it twenty dollars but it’s unacceptable that they had such a huge price difference. I will never take another vehicle there. I have told all my family and friends what happened.

The store manager was friendly and helpful. I was concerned over my brakes and tires as I was leaving for a long trip the next day. He pulled my tires to check brakes, and suspension. He also examined my tire tread and air pressure to make sure I was driving with safe treads. I was hearing a noise in the front router and worried it was worn. He explained that it was all safe and nothing to worry over. I felt very confident now to head out of town driving on the interstate. Thanks to Zach!

I had a recent terrible experience. I scheduled an oil change online, appointment was confirmed and I showed up on time. Waited about 20 minutes before the car was even pulled into the shop. Then another 20-30 minutes in the bay before being lifted. While lifted I watched 1 mechanic physically pick up a colleague and hoist him onto the lift with my vehicle. He was kneeling on my car under the hood. The entire oil change took just over 90 minutes while I was waiting inside with my children. When they finally finished we went to get in the car and the cabin air filter panel was sitting on the seat. I had to go back inside and ask for someone to put it back. He came out and while doing it popped the glove box off the track and didn't correctly fix that either. Now the glove box was crashing o

The workers were amazing and super knowledgeable and down to earth, but $1000 for new calipers, brake pads and a rotor is insane. I ended up doing it myself for less than half the price.
