I had an amazing experience at Monro Auto Service thanks to Robert, the store manager. From the moment I walked in, he was professional, patient, and truly understanding. You can tell he genuinely cares about people, not just about making a sale. Robert took the time to listen to my concerns, explained everything clearly, and made sure I felt comfortable and confident in the service being done. He went above and beyond to make sure I was treated with respect and care, which is rare these days. Just had two front tires replaced on my SUV at this location.. so easy to find and get to in Woodbury. I popped in unexpected on Sunday afternoon, when I realized one of my tires was going flat, and was luckily able to drive it over without needing to call a tow truck. I wasn’t in a specific rush that day but needed my car on that coming Tuesday, and they fit me in and had me ready to go by lunchtime Monday. The guys that work here are amazing.. my car drives like a dream.. they went out of their way and checked my valve stems for me.. and then gave me a great deal with everything I needed done.. Had a great experience for my first time visit. Made an appointment for an oil change the morning of and was serviced in under an hour. Shout out to Rob and his team for excellent service, and great conversations. No fuss, straight to the point with great recommendations to keep the longevity of your car. Will be bringing my cars back when I can’t change them myself.

Manager Rob and the guys working for him were personable and real. I had a unique request with a tight budget for swapping some tires off of old rims and onto the rims on my truck before the storm, and Rob and his guys made it happen in a quick turnaround. Appreciate the help and understanding; didn’t make me feel bad about my budget at the time and I’d want to give him my business in future for being empathetic.
