My daughter popped her tire after dealing with multiple potholes on the Worcester roads. She had purchased a set of 4 new tires from this location a year ago (also after a run in with poorly maintained roads). We took the car there and they assessed the wear and determined with barely 9,000 miles on the tires it was safe to replace just the one and it was covered under warranty so our costs were only labor and an alignment. We worked directly with Roland who made arrangements to get the exact same tire from another shop in Southbridge and then did the work himself. He was very honest and accommodating and did not try to sell us anything we didn’t need. I went into a diffent Monroe for an oil change and was quoted on some work my car needed.. when I went back in they turned me away as no manager was on duty for the services I needed! So I went to Monroe on Park Ave in Worcester with my paperwork! When the manager checked over it he noticed so many mistakes the other guy made on my quote! Also, after Roland (store manager) was looking to see what he could do to help me out as my new quote (correct one) was hundred of dollars more and I was approved for just enough for my first quote!! In the meanwhile Jason quickly took my car in and checked it over.. this was all on spot and without an appointment! Roland was able to help me and take a loss to help me get the work done my car desperately needed for what I was falsely quoted for! These two

Very honest and professional service. I came in with a slow tire leak and wasn’t sure if it needed a replacement. The technician checked it carefully, explained the situation clearly to the front desk, and fixed it responsibly. They were attentive, patient, and clearly cared about doing the job right. I really appreciate their professionalism and will definitely come back for future car service

I was quoted $1,350 to replace my catalytic converter for a loud exhaust issue. I was told there was no repair option. A local muffler shop inspected the car and confirmed the catalytic converter was fine and told me it was just a broken pipe. They fixed it for $135 with a 1-year warranty. I recommend getting a second opinion before approving expensive repairs.
