Monroe Nissan Service Center

The experience at Monroe Nissan was Great. Go see the manager Sam and Melissa they will get you right. Everyone was so nice to me!! I bought the Rogue in the showroom and the detail guys made sure to come get it squeaky clean. I couldn’t have gotten a better experience anywhere else. I’m grateful and thankful. I was even sent off with plenty of snacks. Thank you!!!!!

I went to Monroe Nissan expecting a headache and instead met Sannibell, who somehow sold me a Ford Bronco while simultaneously restoring my faith in humanity. She’s terrifyingly competent, impossibly patient, and somehow funnier than most comedians. No pressure. No nonsense. Just pure, unfiltered brilliance. Buying a car with her is like winning the lottery and getting a hug from your future self at the same time. If you don’t see Sannibell, you’re doing life wrong. Ten stars if I could.

I was told to come in at 12 PM and I arrived a few minutes later, I was told the wait would be 10 minutes… it’s been 3 hours. I finally paid and got my keys only for my car to not start. ALSO scratches on my paint from the car wash is what I was told, I haven’t had my car for a whole week all I can say is NEVER AGAIN. They are fixing my paint but once they get my car back running I will not be returning.

Spent most of the day with Melisa in sales,even though we were not able to come to an agreement on a deal.We did decide to go ahead and buy the car we had leased.Melisa was exceptional and over the top very nice person 100% satisfied…

I could not have asked for better service. Brian was such a blessing and kept me up to date all the time. I also dealt with Chris and Justin they were also great. These guys are the best. Thank you so much for everything and fixing the 2012 nissan rogue transmission.
