Thrash customer service and very rude on the phone.
Got a flat mid afternoon on a Sunday. Worst time and insurance said they can only do Monday with Firestone. I called to make sure they were available, towed my car over and 15 mins later had a usable used tire that got me on the road again. Fast service, fair prices.
