Each person I talked with while my car was getting fix was friendly and knowledgeable. They kept me in the loop about what was happening and did not proceed until I gave the go ahead with the fix. Car is running smooth and I HAVE HEAT AGAIN!

I wanted an alignment, and I also had a bad front wheel bearing.They quoted me $743 to remove and replace one bearing and hub and an alignment, I agreed to the work hesitantly cause I had not researched how much it might cost. It ended up being $773. I wanted to make sure they did my alignment correctly, first thing I found they didn't check the air pressure in any of the tires, which, if the air pressure is not right in the tires, it will throw off the readings of the alignment machine! Air pressure after alignment was rf- 26lbs, lf, 26lbs, rr, 14lbs, lr, 16lbs. All tires should have been filled to 30psi. to get an accurate reading! So, my alingment is more than likely not exactly right! Then the cost of the parts. I called Napa, which is where Monteith get most of their parts, they were

Good customer service, drop my truck off around noon for a 2 o clock appointment. Got text saying my truck was going on before 2. Everything was done before 239. Had brake line flush too. Would go back.
