Scheduled appointment for alignment they honored that appointment and aligned my car , which was not correct it still pulled to the right and steering wheel was not straight, I made another appointment for last Saturday at 10:30 am when I arrived they had another vehicle on the rack and said they couldn’t get to me. Didn’t call me ahead of time. I drove thirty miles to get there wrong corrected . They didn’t call me today to see if they could help me. They don’t know how to align a front end and have very poor customer service skills , buyer beware.

Really cool staff. Got scheduled to install my lowering springs on my 2021 mustang with an alignment, the price and the work/care was great.

I went to Montgomery Automotive for the first time. I need an inspection, but had a engine light on, very accommodating in fixing the why and explained what to do in order for me to get inspection done. Will be going back for future Automotive care.

I called and set up an appointment for them to fill up engine and EV coolant for my wife's car. She went and they brought it in. She paid and left. I came home and looked at it. They never touched it. Both reservoirs still as low as when I first looked. They charged her and didn't do anything. No matter which mechanic you use, always immediately check the work before you pay. My wife didn't know any better it's not her fault. I should have warned her beforehand. But folks like this are the reason I don't trust anyone. Would not recommend them to anyone.

Great place and they went above and beyond telling me what's going on with my dually. And they did my alignment on my truck. Great work 10 thumbs up at this place.
