Monty's Electric & Repair Inc

The customer service at Monty's was great! I had been having problems with my car stalling for a few weeks and replaced it with a brand new battery, hoping it was not my alternator. But after the car stalled again - I knew I needed professional help. I took it to Advance Auto Parts who "tested" my battery and said it was great, but my alternator was shot. The next day I took it to Monty's and the staff was friendly and willing to inspect it for me. They immediately saw all I had was a loose bolt on my battery that got overlooked. After tightening it, the alternator and battery read great! Went from potentially a $600-700 estimate to just one bolt needing to be fixed -I was so happy the issue was easy to solve :). Plus the staff member that helped me was super knowledgeable and explained to

My Ford Escape is having battery problems...many trips to a prior replace, who sent me to Monte's. Car there 10am - 6pm... Diagnosis...bad battery; printed a letter for me to take back to previous shop.

I can't give a good review if when I make a phone call I feel as if someone has an answer before looking at the problem. Or the advice given is for me to solve a problem I'm calling you about. Not every business has good customer service which will cost future business.

I took my alternator in just to have the bearings changed. They did it right there on the spot(quick & easy). Very nice, knowledgeable and courteous people. Will definitely make them my first choice if I need help in this area again!

Had an electrical problem, thought it was my alternator, but turned out was wiring and belt. The two guys fixed problem and price was reasonable and my vehicle runs like it is new. I will give them a 10 for work and they were very professional.
