Stopped in to have my vehicle serviced. I was greeted by a lovely service advisor named Rylee. She got all my info, got my vehicle taken care of pretty quickly. While waiting for my vehicle service to get completed I seen this in the customer lounge. So I just wanted to share to help them out, spread the word.
I visited the dealership today and was helped by EricTucker and Jonathon Rocca. The visit was regarding a service issue from the previous owners. They resolved the issue. I will remain a customer of Monumental Ford because of these two guys. Bob Bowers
Took my car in for a faulty tire sensor. There ended up being a nail in the tire, and they said I needed a new tire. That was not a problem. I am currently on day 3 without a car waiting on them to change a tire. Go somewhere else
Easy to work with. Excellent communication and thorough warranty repair on my 35 ft Motorhome on an F550 chassis.
They have been very good at the service we have had done with them they have been talking care of our vehicles for the last 2 years 🚘👍
