Was on the way to Florida when a piece of plastic started flying off the back of my car. Came to O’Reilly’s in a state of panic and seeking help. Ethan graciously helped us figure out how to safely ductape the plastic piece, and he did it all with an amazing attitude! Would definitely recommend this place to anyone in need!

While travelling on 95 from Michigan to Florida. My Escalade lost a pulley and belt. And ended up ruining my radiator. These guys had every part I needed. And really helped with advice and a few tools I needed to fix it. Thanks for the help guys. My wife, daughter ,and two grandkids were treated very well. It was fixed and I drove a couple hundred miles to get home with no issues. The owner should be proud to have them.

Car smoking as I pulled into the parking lot of o’reilly’s. As I am from SC and immediately panicked ! I was so pleased and relieved to have everyone treat me so good and all were helpful. Even offering a chair for me to sit on inside while I waited for a tow truck and uber to go to pick up rent a car. They were all so understanding and nice. Would give more stars if I could. GREAT PEOPLE AND GREAT SERVICE!!
