Had a terrific experience with Moody’s in Cool Springs for my recent oil change and tire rotation. The staff was super friendly and they even had my car back to me before the hour window they originally gave. Overall an amazing experience and will definitely be returning for future maintenance needs!

I brought my Corvette and a freshly polished set of very expensive wheels to Moody’s to have new tires mounted and installed. When I got the car back, every single wheel had scratches and marks on it. At first, I couldn’t even see the damage — because they left the wheels covered in tire lube or wax from the install. I had to drive the car home and wipe them down myself before I could even see what they had done. No attempt to clean up, no attention to detail — not even the courtesy to give the wheels a quick wipe. I immediately contacted the shop, and over the phone they told me they would help cover the repair costs — which, in hindsight, was just lip service. My coolant was disappearing but not dripping under my car. Moody’s diagnosed and fixed the problem (water pump seal) in under 24 hours at a reasonable price. They didn’t try to upsell me on anything else. I will definitely be back.
