Moonan's Touchless Car Wash

My mom recently ran her car through Moonan's Touchless Car Wash to clean and wax it before winter. I left early the next morning for a 5 day vacation trip, when I got back she showed me what looked like dirt or something wither under or embedded in the wax. I have been trying to reach the Moonans about this to no avail. I've called several times with no answer, left a message with no return call. So, I guess my advice would be to use this car wash at your own risk as they don't seem to stand by their product. Attached is a photo of part of the car, it actually covers the whole vehicle.

If I could give it a 0 I would. On separate occasions it has taken my money and didn’t fully wash my car. Just today I thought I’d give it another chance and it did the same thing! Told me to pull into the bay and the car infront of me wasn’t even out! As I pulled in the washer started, then stopped and didn’t start again I sat and waited and nothing happened! I will never again use their service it’s a waste of money!

i was there about a week ago and paid for the most expensive wash available - the light turned green for me to pull into the stall but the automatic wash didn’t even turn on. after a few times of backing out and pulling in trying to get the wash to start, i gave up and called their number to report a problem. nobody answered, so i left a message explaining my issue and provided my phone number to be called back. i figured I would be called back because i called their number 2 minutes prior when the receipt printer didn’t work - just to let them know - and they picked up right away. no one has ever called me back or tried to make it right - now i’m out $10 and my car is still filthy. my boyfriend and another friend have had the same exact issue where they have paid for the wash, it didn’t w
