Moonlight auto detailing LLC

I got my car back with 3 small gouges on the back of my car which they denied. It looks like someone dropped something on it because there's a brownish paint scratch as well. A 12 year old could have done a better job on my windows. I was driving home and it was sprinkling (at night) when the headlights in the opposite direction hit me I could barely see out the window from all the streaks. Also the address on Google isn't his, it's another auto detailer (On-site detailing) and he steals business from him by keeping that address. Your response shows just how unprofessional and dishonest you are. My car was dirty, that's why I brought it to you, not "filthy". I love my car and take good care of it. Hence having it detailed. We brought our Ram 1500 truck, and our Jeep Grand Cherokee in to Sammy and his crew yesterday, and, just WOW! We are so impressed by the job they did! Our vehicles look better than when they came off the lot new! They did such a great job, and we just can't believe how clean our vehicles are! Even the entire engine area under the hood was done, every corner, just everything was cleaned to better than factory delivered! The shine and finish looks like we have brand new vehicles! Sammy is very easy to talk to, and very friendly. He definitely takes great pride in his work, and his attention to detail shows. Our truck was broken into and there was blood left inside. We wanted it cleaned professionally, so my husband called Moonlight Auto and they responded very quickly with a very reasonable quote. Sammy was very professional and understood our urgency to get the truck cleaned. We dropped it off and he communicated with us early in the morning and throughout the process. The truck was completed when he said it would be. It looks better than they day we purchased it! We are in awe over how clean and perfect it looks. I cannot thank Sammy enough. Sammy and his crew did an amazing job, the car looked better than when I got it new off the showroom floor. This is not a wash and wax quick turnaround, this was a high quality deep clean and detail job. Pride in their work shows in every sparkling detail of the car. Worth every penny!!
