Moon's Towing

Tony was the most professional towtruck specialist I've ever had the honor of riding with. He took care of everything, including explaining how he was hooking up my big truck for the long tow we had to undertake. He took every precaution before our trip to make sure the tow was safe and for the safety of those on the road with us. He double checked that everything was secured and lit so we would be visible to all surrounding vehicles. Very safe driver and I can't give him enough credit for making it a safe trip. Definitely will recommend him to all friends and coworkers whi drive big rigs.

I had a situation where I was stuck in Zachary LA in a box truck that Penske wouldn’t be able to replace until the next day — Instead they called Moon’s Towing, and Tony the Towman showed up in what felt like less than 10 minutes Tony was super friendly and accommodating, and got me out of that jam and back to New Orleans in no time. And that giant green mothership looking truck he drives is preeeeeeeeeetty sweet too. A couple of days later, once I had the truck offloaded, Cody from Moon’s came to take it away — also a good guy, seems like they have some good drivers overall. Big thanks to Tony the Towman and Cody. Definitely the team to call if you’ve been stuck in a CVS parking lot for 7 and a half hours

Moon's Towing drives through my apartment building parking lot nightly. They see my truck every single night. You can't miss it. The one day my parking sticker falls from my windshield after being moved to better place my school parking reader, they tow me. In a parking lot that is half empty in the middle of the night. The individual's working in the office are rude and curt. This is after Moon's Towing fails to tow the individuals who illegally park in visitor spots 24/7 at the Lumiere apartment complex. The employee who drove my vehicle around said "sorry man" because he knew that I was towed from my own residence. Do better and tow the dozens of other people who live in the builidng and are occupying visitor spots! To top things off, they damaged the fender liner on the rear end of my

The people are rude. The towing fee is overpriced. I had another towing company (NOLA Towing Trucks) tow my car from Moon's to my house. It's obvious there's a problem when you see a different tow company come tow a car from a towing company. 😳😳😳 There are too many other towing companies with friendly service to have to deal with these rude people and their ridiculously high prices.
