Best experience ever! I reached out right around closing time, not expecting an answer back that night due to me reaching out so late. He got back to me right away and provided me a quote within minutes. The quote I received from the dealership was almost double what Mr.Mechanic quoted. I dropped my car off the following morning and it was completed within an hour. They are honest, will not up charge you for silly things, and over all just great! BEWARE This company used to have a good name and was trusted . I don't know what happened there are 2 owners now they stole $35,000 cash from my son and his car ! Yes $35,000 for a brand new BMW M5 engine and transmission. The work was never done . We tried to pick up the car after months of them saying they are waiting on the shipping from BMW . Now they are trying to charge fees for storage not just that they blocked our phone numbers and will not show us or return the car or $35,000 cash . If you deal with this business good luck you may loose your money car or both !!!!
