Quoted $90 per axle for brake service. I supplied all parts. After my car was already in the shop, I was told two rotors were missing and asked to bring them. I returned with the parts within 35–45 minutes. No additional labor charge was disclosed upfront, yet an extra $100 was added after the work was completed. Had this been stated beforehand, I would have declined the rotor work. The woman acknowledged it was her mistake not mentioning the charge, but still required payment. Photos show the shop’s call time and parts pickup timestamp. When I raised the issue, the woman stated that reviews “don’t matter” because they have many of them and that she responds to low reviews the same way, as seen here. If there was an option to give zero stars I would give it to them, total scammers they give you a lower price at first and when they get the job done they add some additional “unknown” charges that I wasn’t told about up until my car was ready. Definitely recommend going to the shop next to them, cheaper and probably do better work.

At first glance the shop doesnt look like much but it sure is a hidden gem! Took my car in for an alignment and the quickly discovered my car had other issues that some places would of just overlooked and took my money but morelos were honest, upfront and gave me an excellent price! Im very satisfied and will be back!

Reasonable prices, fast service and kind staff. They are the only repair shop that I trust as they are upfront, honest and realistic about pricing, expectations and urgency of repairs. I always tell them that I appreciate them but hope to not have to visit them anytime soon.

I am beyond disappointed with the service at this mechanic shop. I originally went in to have a tire sensor replaced. They changed one sensor, but as soon as I left, the same warning light came back on. Over time, I returned at least eight times, and each visit I was told it was “a different sensor.” After replacing every sensor, the light still kept coming on. When I pointed out that there must be another issue, I was told, “maybe it’s electrical,” but no one actually bothered to check. I lost so much time taking off work and sitting for hours at the shop with my toddler — all for the same unresolved problem. To make matters worse, when my power steering sensor light came on, I spent over $500 on that repair, only to pick up my car and see the same warning light still on. When I took it
