My husband bought 2 work trucks in the last 12 months from More Than Trucks. One truck had no issues. The other truck we had an issue with but it was resolved professionally by Scott. Sal sold us both trucks, he always got back to us, and calls us when he gets in new trucks that he thinks we may use. It is tough finding a dealership for used work vehicles. We will be back when the time comes for another truck.

Great dealership with excellent customer service and fair prices.

Truck was not as represented. Some of this is on me, as I didn't visit the store, only viewed pictures. I repeatedly asked about the box length and was assured it was 15', my requirement. When truck was delivered it was 13'6", not even close - and useless to me. Also the nonsmoker vehicle smells like an ashtray . Box truck found a low bridge at some point and was reworked with spray foam and self tapping screws. Stack that up with heaps of NY attitude and this place is AVOID AT ALL COSTS!

Loved my experience. Sal was straight up from the start. Drove up from Oswego ny and drove the 1997 E250 quigly back home no issues... how you doin?
