I'm overall disappointed in my service. I have had three appointments/car repairs. I am disappointed, the cost is excessive. The service provided is fine, not extraordinary. Unfortunately, everytime, I'm told I need to get more services than expected. This last time (third visit) I asked a family member to take my car in while I was out of town. A $210 service turned into a $2500 service because they told my inlaws my car needed additional repairs/80,0000 mile check up and new brakes (not recommended just 3 months ago when I took my car in myself at 85000 miles)... Including an oil change that Morin Brothers just performed for me just a couple months ago ... I'm frustrated and disappointed. I would 100% recommend Morin Bros for your automotive repair needs! I had a last minute re-calibration need and reached out. Jesse assisted me and was able to refer me to a shop that would be better suited for my repair. I am so impressed by Jesse's kindness and willingness to help me! If you’re looking for a shop that actually knows how to handle a BMW, look no further. This team is the real deal! Huge shoutout to Elena and Lianna at the front desk—they are so friendly and made the whole process super easy. Usually, car repairs are a headache, but they kept everything stress-free and stayed in touch. Sergio was my mechanic, and he did an incredible job. My car is running perfectly, and it’s clear he really knows his stuff when it comes to European cars. It’s hard to find a shop you can trust, but these guys have earned a new customer. Thank you!

I have been bringing my Honda and Toyota vehicles to Morin Brothers for some years. The service they have provided me has always been first rate, never trying to "up sell", just getting the job done right. A courteous and professional staff, always answering my questions and concerns. They stand behind their work with a one year warranty, not sure how many shops will offer that. I highly recommend.
