Waiting time only a little more than predicted. Staff easy to work with. Waiting room pleasant, uncrowded, and quiet. Staff even washed my car, in the winter!

Because the maintenance and repairs were going to take a bit longer than expected, I was offered a loaner car at no charge, which was a huge help. Joel at the service desk was wonderful—very pleasant to work with and incredibly helpful. I especially appreciated the detailed video taken by the mechanics showing the necessary repairs. I bought my car from Morong Falmouth. I was so impressed that I started having my service done at the service department, even though I have a VW dealer in my home town of Auburn which is 20 miles away from Morong Falmouth. My recent experience had been anything but satisfactory. I scheduled for my most recent service on-line. I even called the week before to verify the time of my appointment. NO ONE mentioned that when you book online you can't schedule an appointment time -- They assume you are dropping off your car and will come get it when they are done with it.
