Lot super congested & hard to find an open spot. Walked in @ 4pm on a Thursday and the dealership was empty. There was one person engrossed with her phone and didn’t look up. All desks and offices empty, no staff in the lot. Drove away, Will shop elsewhere.

Go anywhere else!! If I could leave no stars I would! This place is terrible. The wait for an appointment, the wait when picking up your vehicle and the subpar service. I have taken my car twice as part of my yearly service package to be inspected and both times paid and drove home without them having update the sticker- the first time I was 8 month pregnant, the second time I reminded them upon making the appointment and picking it up and they still forgot! Both times I had to drive back and still wait for over thirty minutes and assertively check on the progress of my sticker multiple times before getting it corrected (even though I had called the day before to ensure a quick fix and was told it would take no more than ten minutes). Friendly knowledgeable people , comfortable atmosphere and excellent service

Waited 2 hours and 40 minutes for a simple oil change. There was no expectation set for how long the service would initially take.
