We're new to the area and were badly in need of brake repair on our van that's been passed down in our family from my grandfather. It's seen better days but has been a reliable vehicle and I wanted to be able to find a shop that would handle it with care. I don't prefer the big name corporations that just want to get you in & out, and it's always difficult starting fresh and finding a shop you can trust. I chose their shop based on the great reviews I'd read. I couldn't be more happy with the service we received. They were so kind and super thorough, even fixing a few extras that he had noticed. We picked it up today, and it genuinely felt like a brand new ride. Their prices are extremely fair and I would absolutely recommend them to anyone in need of servicing your vehicle. 100% recommen

I have been taking my cars and trucks to Morrells since he first opened in the small garage down the road from where he's located now. Keith takes really good care of your vehicle. He'll fix whatever you brought your vehicle for and if there is something else that could potentially cause a problem he will contact you before doing anymore work to it than what was planned. I took my truck in thinking for sure that it needed brake rotors and pads plus ball joints. Well Keith found that all it needed was new tie rod bushings. He could have done the other work just to make the bill higher but he is straight up and top notch mechanic and person. I'd recommend anyone needing work done to check with Morrells first.

They always treat you like family and are truthful people. I know one thing, that if they feel it is unnecessary to spend more out on something then they will tell you. It is a small shop with limited amount of cars they can physically have so my advice is to call way ahead for an appointment, as they can get booked rather quickly at times. I will say I trust them, as they have been doing it for a long time and they are always open communicating with you about the real needs of you vehicle.

I recommend this to anyone. Keith and Lisa run a quality family business. I find their prices fair and their expertise high. I've had everything done there from oil changes to engine replacement. Once I freaked out when my engine light came on half way to vacation, we were 6 hours away. It turned out to be a loose gas cap. Get treated like family.
