This correspondence serves as a formal review regarding the engine rebuild performed on our 2012 Ford F150 FX4 at Mosley’s Auto Sales. Initially, we dropped off the vehicle in October with the understanding that the repairs would take approximately 3-4 weeks. However, this timeline was grossly underestimated, and we did not receive our vehicle back until 4.5 months later. Throughout this period, my family and I have been in contact with this business via phone and in person on numerous occasions. Unfortunately, we have received inconsistent information regarding the status of our vehicle each time we inquired. Good local shop with a good work ethic. They are really good about notifying you when anything changes while they have the vehicle, and always ask before doing any work that will add to the price. On one job they fabricated a fix for me, to save me hundreds of dollars on a factory-only part. Very much appreciated.

I don’t want to keep responding with a one star review other than my initial one. However, I am experiencing difficulties responding to your inaccuracies on Google. To clarify, the vehicle belongs to me, and I am the owner. I have taken the necessary steps to address the situation, and I have phone recordings and messages as evidence. Despite numerous attempts, I have not received any return calls from your establishment, nor have my son or wife. I will refrain from engaging in further discussion on this matter as it is being handled through alternative channels. I would like to reiterate that any reputable repair shop maintains a paper trail of parts used or ordered. In our case, we received no paperwork on three separate occasions. Very rude and unprofessional. Took my vehicle in for a coolant leak and woke up the next morning to this. Replaced all the hoses and lines just for it to be a crack in the radiator. Misdiagnosed and not willing to work with me on the repairs. STAY AWAY!!

These guys are top notch! Friendly service too.
