Karissa was our service writer. She provided updates everyday. She worked with us and our Warrenty company with each and every issue that came up. She exceeded far beyond her job description or anything we could have expected. She is an amazing, dedicated person to her job title. Moses is blessed to have her represent their company.

Always take my cars to Moses and it's no coincidence. Actually I pass a couple of dealerships to get there. The staff is always courteous, knowledgeable, timely, and professional. They always provide a worry free A+ experience with great trustworthy work and that's why I make the efforts to go the extra mile to have Moses handle my cars because they go the extra mile for me. They’ve our truck now for almost 4 months waiting to get the transmission replaced.. no rental, no compensation of any kind. Paying payments and insurance for a vehicle we can’t even drive. No concern or urgency from anyone in the service department but one of the sweet gals at the front desk. I understand the long wait for parts, but offering nothing to help in the meantime is absolutely insane..

I took my Silverado in last Tuesday and it took the service department 3 days to diagnose the issue. They said the truck has two bad fuel injectors and the it required 10 hours of labor and to replace them. $3000 job!! Plus, the extended warranty I purchased from Moses 6 months earlier when I purchased the truck didn’t cover anything… I didn’t feel comfortable with the whole situation, so I just paid my $187 diagnostic fee and picked the truck up. I took the truck to a local garage the next day and they added a $12 bottle of fuel injector and the check engine eventually went off and the truck is running fine. I have bought over 6 vehicles from Moses factory outlet over the past 15 years but never again.

Moses Chevrolet Service Department is where I take my trail boss. These service manager will go out of his way to make sure you’re service is exceptional and Ashley McCune is so full of joy and energy that I feel like I’m spending time with relatives. Moses Chevrolet really puts the focus on treating people right!
