Mossy Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram

I chose Mossy Jeep when it came time to turn in my previous Jeep compass that I was leasing and I couldn’t be more happy. Sales was great and not pushy. I was able to take my time with the vehicles, and felt I was given an honest and respectful experience! Craig in the service department was extremely knowledgeable and helpful when I decided on my new Jeep Wrangler in going over how service works and where to go when I need to come in for any maintenance. Safe to say, I will not be going to any other jeeps in the San Diego area. I previously attempted to go to the Kearny Mesa Jeep and felt that sales was very pushy and not giving me their true vest deal.

Had a seamless and easy experience buying my new car! Vince was very professional annd responded quickly to my many questions. He was very helpful by helping me stay within my desired budget. At the end, the finance guy Ivan (OG Ivan) really sealed the deal and made the experience fantastic with surprisingly better rates than I was receiving outside. I didn’t feel like a victim to the stereotypical dealership sales. They were patient and professional from beginning to end. Open and honest and even worked a little magic for me and my financing. Next time you guys are in the market absolutely give them a visit. Vince and Ivan are the guys!

I don’t know where to begin. I accompanied my mom to buy a car because she had previously spoke to Cesar over the phone and email regarding a Jeep Compass. They had an appointment set and hence when we got there we knew what car my mom was buying. Upon arrival we were met with the most demeaning attitude from a younger car salesman who insisted the car was not available and kept showing us cars he wanted despite my mom being clear that we had came for a Jeep Compass and had an appointment with Cesar. He then told us he was going to “call Cesar” and told us he spoke to him which seemed odd. We once again insisted on the Jeep Compass and he told us to “stay here”, outside in the sun while he went inside and brought out another young man who’s attitude was equally as demeaning. Great treatment from the salespeople (of course), but a terrible way of working from the finance side. All just to sell a car, and they keep asking for more and more information even a month after we bought it. They only wasted our time. We even ended up returning the car. All of this happened because they rushed everything and handled it with zero professionalism. It could have easily been avoided.

Great deals and rebates. Make sure you talk to Vincent. I just bought a 2025 Jeep Wrangler JL, and by far this was the best customer service experience when it comes to car dealership. I called and told Vicente for what I was looking, he asked me to come in to appraised my trade in. When I arrived, I told Vicente I didn't want to go back and forth and I received a straight forward deal with all of the discounts available. Sami the dealership manager was super friendly and helpful when it came to dealing with my credit union on the spot. 5 stars for this guys.
