My husband and I had a very disappointing experience with the service and sales departments at Mossy GMC in New Orleans. While on vacation, we were involved in a car accident that was completely not our fault. Being 13 hours away from home and unfamiliar with the area, we had our vehicle towed to Mossy GMC’s service department, hoping we would be in good hands. Unfortunately, our car remained there for 45 days, and communication throughout that time was extremely poor. We repeatedly tried to contact the technician assigned to our vehicle and often could not reach him for days at a time. One of if not the best experience when it comes to customer service. They treated us like family and big ups to my boy Montrell Moore for taking care of everything and making it so easy for me. Also Kirk and Michael did a great job. If you need a good reliable car brand new or pre owned this is the place to go off s broad. 10/10 would recommend.
