Mossy's service dept. offered prompt and professional service at market prices. Shuttle service response time was surprisingly above expectations.

If you’re looking for a collision/body shop, this is not it. I was initially told it would take 1 month, after being jerked around for 2month I receive it covered in dirt and dust like it had been sitting for weeks. I looked it over with Taylor and immediately pointed out several issues. He told me to take it home and make a list. I’m not getting paid to do Quality Assurance especially when they were paid 25k for this job. I had several blemishes and scuff marks all over, spacing and uneven panels, overspray covering the vehicle. The engine and steering are having issues along with the parking sensors. I’m also missing the sound barrier under the hood and no telling what else as I’ve only had it back for 1 day.

Really disappointed in the service I received here.Nobody has any idea what’s going on and the customer service is terrible. Getting someone to answer the phone is impossible. They said they would call me once they assessed the damage on my car and never did.2 stars because the receptionist was kind but other than that I would never recommend this place.

The Mossy Team is great. We leased two vehicles from them recently. The entire experience was smooth. Michael Gonzales, Michael Jourdan, and Mike Collins were a pleasure to deal with.

They broke several tabs on various rain seals on my vehicle. Was told they would call me when my vehicle was ready. They didn’t. I had to pay the additional fee for a rental because they called the insurance company and said it was ready without calling me. When I returned to inspect the vehicle I pointed out that the seals were broken. I was told that he would order it and call me when it was ready. I’ve never received a call and it’s been months. Called a couple times but was on hold forever.
