I love coming here. Everyone is so helpful. Overall, every time it’s a great experience. I usually bring my car in and just “work remote” in their main lobby and there is no hassle! They even offer complimentary ride service when needed.

I've been bringing my 2020 Kia Niro Hybrid to Motion Kia for service since I purchased it new in 2020. It's not because the dealership is close to my home, because it is not. When I was shopping for the Kia Niro Hybrid in 2020, none of the Kia dealers close to me had more than one Niro on their lots. Motion Kia in Hackettstown, NJ, a 45 minute drive from my home had FIVE. It was nice having a choice, so I made the drive and purchased the one I liked from Motion Kia. With the Motion Kia Policy of Free Tires for Life of the vehicle as long as all services (Oil Changes, Tire Rotation, Etc..) are performed by Motion Kia Service Dept, I made the commitment to making the trip for all of my service appointments. I was pleasantly surprised that there service fees are very reasonable, not excessive

Service was excellent, also advised me of needed replacement of front brakes and allowed me to see and accept extra repair work right from my phone! Alex and suppor team are great. Even had a loaner car ready for me without me thinking ahead that I might need that. Thank you!
