As a first time car buyer, I had no idea what to expect. I went in extremely inexperienced, but Sam was very informative and eager to help. He made time for us even when we didn’t make an appointment, he showed me whatever cars I was interested in, and he took all of my concerns into consideration. At first I was as always skeptical about buying a used car, but we needed a car ASAP and found what looks to be a beauty of a Ford Focus Titanium at Moto Zone and went to see it. When we pulled up we were greeted kindly and asked if we could see the ford focus, straight away the key was brought to us, we gave our drivers license and was told to enjoy!!! No salesman sitting in the car with us, no pressure at all, any questions we had were answered, and we were able to take the vehicle straight away to enjoy the test drive. My wife and I said this was the first time buying a car where we was not pressured at all, the first time we were able to test drive without a salesman sitting in the vehicle with us and the first time we could inspect the car without distraction. What a wonderful dealership to work with. Im out in New mexico so couldn't see the jeep in person so they took detailed pictures and even made a video for me. He also arranged all shipping details for a price less that any others I have been quoted. If your looking here dont hesitate dealing with them. Even gave a free 3 month warranty. Awesome 👌
