Motor Flex recently replaced the motor in my Ford F-150. While the repair took longer than expected, the delay was due to an issue with the motor that came directly from the Ford dealership—not the shop’s fault. Despite rising costs, Ricky was fair and transparent throughout the process. He and his team went above and beyond to make sure I got my truck back in good working condition. The worst experience at a shop I have ever had!!! Took my truck for an Engine rebuild. On the way home transmission started slipping due to them, not topping off the fluid. He tried to come up with every excuse that it wasn’t his fault. There was so many other issues with the engine work itself that the truck had to go back anyway, and he said he will cut me a deal on a transmission rebuild. Got the truck back again months later. He charged me for batteries and fuel pump and that did not even fix one of the issue flooding the motor with fuel and draining the battery. I had to fix that myself And then engine started losing oil pressure and had leaks from front and rear main seals.
