I have been taking my vehicles to Shelor for service since 2018 and the experience at the Truck shop wasn’t bad, just not what I had come to expect. I had no idea where my truck was in the process, there was a disconnect between sale and service, and it was difficult to get ahold of the staff for updates or expected time of completion. Everything I asked for was done. Just seems less refined than any other service experience I have had with Shelor. I’m sure it is just some growing pains and this shop will be on par with the rest of Shelor service department.
