My experience at Motor Sportsland was a disappointment. Their office help, Bobbie, is amazing and gets five stars, but the technician gets only two. When I got inside my motorhome, the battery was dead. The technician assisted by jump-starting it. Once it was started, every light in the motorhome came on, which is why the battery died. I then noticed the panel for the slide-out was hanging from the wall, which is what I brought it in to be serviced for. In addition, I’d asked for my generator to be repaired, and they stated they could repair generators Days later received a call and they said they were unable do the generator work. Bobbie did provide me with a generator shop to contact. I had to drive four hours round-trip to pick up my motorhome from Motor Sportsland and take it to a gene

We were very happy with the service at Motor Sportland and Bobbi went over the top to ensure we were well taken care of. Excellent service, super professional and communicative. While this location was much further out of the way for us (we live in Park City) we will likely lean towards using Spanish Fork in the future.

On the road & need to find someone to do repairs at our location. Kara in the service department was extremely helpful. She explained that they didn’t do mobile repair work but volunteered to find a couple of places to call. She gave names & numbers and was very cheerful while doing so. Very grateful for her support and I recommend a raise!!
