Great and trusted service. But (and this has happened before) now my radio/CD player won’t work without a special code. Which is not an easy fix. I have to make an appointment with the dealer and take time out of my schedule to get that taken care of..

My family has been using small, one bay mechanics for many years. When our recent mechanic retired, we had no choice but to look for someone else. I was fearful I was going to be charged too much. It was the main reason we never wanted to go to a dealership and admittedly let some things on the car go unfixed. Motorcar Alternatives has worked on my car twice and I've been extremely satisfied with the work and the price. We were never pressured to fix anything that wasn't absolutely necessary to keep our vehicle running great. I have a list of what needs to be repaired and can tackle items as time allows. I would recommend Motorcar Alternatives to anyone needing a dependable shop with fair pricing and quick turnaround times.

The team at Motorcar Alternatives is great! This is exactly the type of auto repair shop I’ve been looking for, and am so glad I found them. They are professional, thorough, and very reliable. We have had issues with other garages in the area, but the team at Motorcar Alternatives took care of everything we needed and even provided a courtesy loaner car so we didn’t have to wait. My car is as good as new and they were able to get everything finished within the time they quoted. It seems like quality of service seems to be slipping lately at many places, but that is definitely not the case here. I am so happy that I have found a trustworthy repair shop that can do it all. If your car needs any work, even if it’s just an oil change or an inspection, this is the BEST place to go!

Great staff, great service. I have two daughters in college nearby. And they both go to Ric anytime something pops up with one of their vehicles. And they are treated like family. Most times they take care of emergency issues without a wait. And they feel comfortable going there, they say everything is explained so they understand it! Chris is wonderful! It's important to find a place you trust, that you know can do the job right and never overcharge.

Though they don't have long wait times to get in for appointments and the work was done properly, I'm not happy with the simple fact that I asked for a 2 wheel alignment(since I have a solid rear axle so there is no adjustment that can be done) and I was not told they only do 4 wheel alignments(how) they apparently meant they only charge the customer for a 4 wheel alignment even if only doing the 2 wheel alignment
