I recently bought a Toyota Tacoma from them. They let me take it to my shop to go through it. It was fairly priced. When I purchased it, the truck only had one key. I went to the Toyota dealer in Manchester to have two more keys made for it. I had to leave the truck with their service department to program the new keys. While they have it, they perform a "free" 62-point maintenance check. I typically see customers come back from the dealer saying they need thousands in repairs that they really don't having seen this, I expected to see a laundry list on a used truck. Even though it had already been checked over several times by Motorcars East, The State Inspection station that they use, and myself. Joe was great to work with, accommodating my request to have an independent inspection, and patiently walking me through the process. Had a 2005 Toyota Tacoma succumb to old age; however, the 2013 Tacoma that Joe sold me is everything as he described it, and more. Ten months ago, I bought a Toyota Tacoma from this shop, and it has been nothing short of a nightmare since. Just days ago, my transmission lines failed, leading to catastrophic transmission damage. Now, I’m left without a vehicle and facing an extremely high repair bill. When I reached out to the dealer for assistance, I was met with poor communication and a dismissive attitude.
