Motorcars of NC, LLC

I cannot say enough great things about Motorcars of NC. I am currently on my second car from them, and that alone speaks volumes. As a person on disability, finding a reliable, affordable vehicle can be stressful—but he truly went above and beyond to work with me, understand my situation, and make sure I was taken care of every step of the way. The service is nothing short of impeccable. This isn’t a “sell you a car and disappear” kind of place. He has never failed me when I needed help—whether it was related to the car itself or something outside of just buying it. Knowing I have someone I can trust makes all the difference. If you’re looking for honesty, compassion, reliability, and top-tier service, Motorcars of NC is the place. I recommend them without hesitation and wouldn’t go anyw

The gold standard for car buying! If you are looking for a car dealership that actually values integrity, look no further than Motor Cars of NC. I am currently on my second car from them, and for good reason—I trust them wholeheartedly. What really sets this dealership apart is that the service does not stop when you sign on the line. We’ve all been to those places where the support disappears the second the deal is done, but here, the commitment to the customer is ongoing. The owner truly works with you to find the right fit and is completely honest throughout the entire process. It’s rare to find that level of transparency and genuine care in this industry. If you want a stress-free experience with someone you can actually rely on, I cannot recommend them enough!

This is one of the best dealers I have ever worked with. They understand life happens and gives you a chance to get in a vehicle as along as you stick to your word. Tianyu has been a great blessing and cares about the vehicles he sells. I purchased an Audi q7 with over 200k miles and for over a year no issues and still runs like a champ. Just a great experience overall! Would recommend to anybody!

We had a great experience with the owner, Tianyu. We got a great car, very dependable. Will definitely use again and recommend!

Absolutely amazing. Awesome deals on cars. Easy to work with. Extremely understanding. I highly recommend coming here for a car
