Had my alternator go out on me and AAA sent Motor City out because they mistook it for a battery jump and not a tow. They came out, jumped my truck and I was worried it would die on me again so i asked if they could follow me home just in case I needed another jump and didn’t hesitate to say yes. Very friendly and timely. Highly recommend 10/10.

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. Not even 2 hours after picking up my truck from having an oil pan replaced and driving half a mile home the truck caught fire. The shop claimed they investagated it and had some manager not an expert or even ase certified tech call me and tell me it was work done before they got the truck. There is no way. They wrote on invoice missing dipstick. How did you even complete the oil pan job without a dipstick. They couldnt even measure the oil after they so called fixed it. The manager said we did everything right. Be careful having any work done at this shop. The truck was burnt to a crisp not even 2 hours after leaving. Avoid this place at all costs. Heating issues like replacing my heating coil. I know it’s tuff taking the dash apart on a Toyota tundra . So the repairs were detail and intense but not the price . My remote start was disconnect . However I bring all my vehicles here so taking it back to get it back on will not be an issue .

We had a catastrophic failure while pulling a trailer. Dave C. came and picked up the trailer, and hauled it back to their other facility for major repair. We were impressed with his skill (it was a complicated load up), and their concern. He said they do the jobs as if it were their own vehicles/trailers, and it shows. We are fortunate that they were dispatched to help us.

I needed a serpentine belt fixed IMMEDIATELY everyone was giving me 2 to 3 days out these guys fixed it the next day they also replaced my reservoir for a super low amount. Everyone else was charging minimum of $50. These guys use only quality products and are super knowledgeable, respectful, and competent. NO BS! You can trust these guys to do quality work and stand by their work. I was referred by somewhere that has been a customer for years. I will definitely be returning.
