So while I was getting my incredible rims and tires, I couldn’t help but hear the operator/manager with a client who thought they had a bad wheel bearing because it made weird feeling in the steering wheel and made a squealing. The manger came back after 15 minutes or so and said that he moved all steering components and spun all the wheels while listening with a tool that amplifies the sound based on point of contact with said device. He said the all the steering components were good and no bearing grind or noise was heard other than the normal brake noises. Took out for a road test and verified the noise. Replaced the absolutely bald front tires and problem was tested again and no noises heard. The client was a female and she was notably happy and relieved that she didn’t get suckered in

I can’t recommend this shop enough! Over the past couple of years, they’ve done several things for my car - replaced tires, handled an alignment, replaced a control arm, and most recently checked out my brakes. Every time, the service has been honest, straightforward, and fairly priced. They never try to upsell or push unnecessary work, and they always take the time to explain what’s going on. As a younger woman, I’ve had experiences at other places where I felt talked down to or pressured, but I’ve never felt that here. They’re respectful, professional, and make me feel comfortable and confident about the work being done. I’m so glad to have a trustworthy mechanic right in my neighborhood!

Went in for a level on ram and some 33” tires. Was in and out within a few hours. Super fast service and the gentleman at the desk was super friendly and professional highly recommend this business to anyone
