I waited to write this review because I wanted to see how the car would hold up after 6+ months. Unfortunately, both the buying experience and the condition of the vehicle have been extremely disappointing. Before making the drive from Minneapolis, I called to ask whether paying a large portion in cash could qualify for a small discount (since there would be no card fees). I was told over the phone that it was feasible. When my partner and I arrived, test drove the vehicle, and were ready to buy, the salesperson acted like he didn’t want to honor what another employee had already said. Only after going back and forth with a coworker did he reluctantly apply the discount. That should have been my sign to leave. We purchased the vehicle for about $15,000 total after taxes and fees. Derek and Ethan were both great, funny, and super kind! I got a 2013 Ford Explorer Limited for a great deal and it was in very good condtion. I've had it for a week now and I still absolutely love it. They're very honest and up front which I can appreciate in a dealership. They were very easy to work with while I waited for my insurance payout since I had totaled my previous car and was using that money for the downpayment. Would absolutely make the drive again for any future cars I buy❤️🥰

If you want to trust the guys that are selling the cars to you, go to this place. They're really good and hard workers. Yes, they do have to do their job and sell cars, but they're human beings and super easy to work with. I worked in sales for 10 years, and you try to provide for your family as best you can without being a dirtbag about it. My wife, daughter and I were at Motors in Motion today because my daughter was looking for a vehicle. She ended up buying a GMC Acadia from Ethan. We originally stopped at their dealership asked some questions, took one for a test drive to compare to the one we had hoped to buy and had no intentions of coming back.
