We purchased a Cat telehandler from Doug at Northstar. We are halfway across the country but Doug made everything very easy and was incredibly helpful during the whole process. Hope to work with them again!

Bought a truck from Doug over the phone. I am out of state and man what a great experience. From start to finish it was awesome. He handled everything professionally and on time. He was always available to answer questions. There was a situation after the truck was delivered and he did an outstanding job helping me out. Highly recommended!!!!

Or tell you they are doing something, you can rest assured it is exactly what they say it is, and they will be doing exactly what they say they are doing. Best used truck purchase experience ever! Doug is down to earth and shoots straight as an arrow. We had a mechanical problem with the vehicle shortly after purchase and Doug and his staff took care of the issue without delay. Highly recommended.
