Completely unprofessional. First I dropped off my vehicle and they stated I dropped it off 4 days later. Was told that the insurance company gives them 10 days to make the necessary repairs while it states on the estimate 7 days. Never given any update on part delays. I went down there to get an update they stated it would be done by Thursday then get a call stating that it would be done by Friday. Was told I was lucky because they just got a part yesterday. While not letting me know that the part was delayed when I voiced my frustration the woman is talking about another car with someone else in the background. I gave them 5 stars they did a very great job on my car they are very professional the lady very polite update me the hold time they had my car .they gave me my car before the due day :)

Professional grade A+ service so far. I recently dropped off my vehicle recommended through insurance, and this shop has been in constant communication with me since. The drop-off was informative, detailed, and not pressured or rushed at all. I'm excited to see the end result. I will update

This is my second time using them. They are very efficient and communicative. When other places tell me weeks to even start the work, Motorworks is right on the job. I referred my sister there as well as she had the same great experience
