Motorworks Complete Auto Care

When I say these people have the greatest customer service ever, I really mean that. Not only did they do their job, I feel like they went above and beyond. I'm getting ready to have a baby and I was really short on money but I could tell the guy at the front desk made me feel very comfortable and not so embarrassed. This place understands people and they were very forgiving.

I have been a customer of Specialty Motorwerks for years and recently purchased a new vehicle and had to have some repairs done quickly due to time constraints . I reached out to the now Motorwerks and was very pleased with the continuance of superior service! Thank you Zach for your promptness and Ryan for shuttling me to and from the shop. I will continue to use Motorwerks for all my mechanical needs.

Specifically asked for my Porsche to kept inside due to leaking hatch (Typical 944 issue that anyone who knows anything about them would know) and my vehicle had been kept outside in the elements unknowingly to me until I saw it outside myself when driving by. I have no idea how long its been outside but it has been outside long enough that it has a pile of snow on it. Absolutely unacceptable for any vehicle with a known leak. This car has been going to this shop for years under the previous shop owners, and it is COMPLETELY DIFFERENT NOW.

Great customer service! Motorworks provided convenient accommodations for after hour vehicle drop off. I received a video sent to my email detailing the service provided and car maintenance recommendation. I highly recommend Motorworks!

Amazing team here, from the owner Ricky, to Zach & Ryan, running behind the scenes to Steve in mechanics, all kind, professional,efficient and made my experience seemless:) Will definitely be using them for my future needs:)
