I took my Ford in for repairs at Motorworks of Florida, and later my wife’s Toyota needed some work too. Hands-down, it’s the best auto shop I’ve come across—straightforward, reliable, and fair on pricing without any nonsense. A big thanks to Allison, William, and John for their solid help. They diagnosed and fixed my Ford efficiently, got it running smooth again quicker than I figured, and the bill was exactly as quoted. They handled the my wife's car the same way—clear explanations, quality work, no shortcuts. Their general maintenance services are top-tier too; they keep things thorough and proactive to avoid bigger problems down the line. Honestly the best auto shop you're going to find in North Central Florida. If you're in Sanford or even near it, I couldn't recommend this shop enough. I do a lot of preventative maintenance and various repairs on my own but anytime I need that extra bit of help I know I can always rely on the Motorworks team. Both Will and Jon are great to talk to, really caring about the customer service they give and they are always fair on their prices and honest about repairs. If you need honest work without worrying about whether you are being scammed or price haggled then definitely use Motorworks and know that you will get transparency and thorough attention with your entire experience.

Love my service in here . They have such knowledgeable techs who are not looking to rip me off. They have done a couple of services in my Lexus NX as well as my Volkswagen rabbit and have never brought my car back for any issues in the services done. Would 100% recommend them.

Very rude, unprofessional front desk lady. She has no idea what she's doing & and can't even handle billing properly, tried overcharging me for additional jobs that were not even done. Overpriced work. Slow, sloppy, lazy staff. Left the job on my vehicle a complete mess. This place is a dump & should be shut down. Pay attention to your receipts!! This is not the first billing mistake I've caught her on & will not be her last, she is incompetent & needs to be replaced.

Front desk woman is a joke, cannot do her job right yet spends all day shouting at employees in front of customers. She is a very unpleasant experience, rude to customers & staff. Don't know how someone so obviously terrible at her job is even still here. The service I got here was terrible from start to finish. With so many better & more affordable options in the surrounding area, this place has quickly become obsolete. There is nothing this place offers that makes it worth returning to.
