Motuzas Automotive & U-Haul

Our family had bought used cars from him in the past so it seemed reasonable to utilize his U-Haul service. I reserved a U-Haul truck for moving day, when we arrived the truck was unavailable because the previous renter had forgotten to leave the keys. He had no backup set of keys and no alternative. Super inconvenient on moving day. Also, he has a life-size cardboard cut out of trump in his office. I would not recommend this business. We got excellent service from the U-Haul in Northbridge. Nice, the person replying to this accused me of lying, there are witnesses who could also leave a review. Bob was the person who served me. We talked about my kids (who we bought cars for, from him) wellbeing…. A simple apology too hard for ya?

Rented a u haul and selected this location as a drop off location. Well, that was my mistake. I’ve moved plenty of times before, and I never have been charged a cleaning fee for unfolded blankets I had to use for protection when I moved my furniture. I paid a few hundred to rent the truck and extra for protection in case of an accident. We filled up the gas tank like we were supposed to, as well. Personally, it’s incredibly shady to charge a vague “cleaning fee” to fold blankets, when it does not explicitly state in the contract to fold them upon returning the truck and equipment. At first, it was difficult to get a hold of someone from this location to ask them for help, so I had to call the location I rented the truck from originally for them to kindly help and give me a customer service

This is a place Bob makes you feel comfortable and relaxed! Recommend this place highly!

I can't say enough good things about my experience with Motuzas. They are truly fantastic! From the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed and valued as a customer. Bob is incredibly easy to work with, always making sure to explain everything and provide honest recommendations. Trustworthiness is hard to come by, but I have complete confidence in his work. I don't bother getting second opinions anymore because of the work quality and business integrity at Motuzas. I wouldn't dream of taking my car anywhere else. Highly recommend!
